Supervising the application of quality assurance systems and academic accreditation and following up on the implementation of the institutional and programmatic calendar at the university.
Supervising the implementation of quality assurance systems (ISO) in all its branches, for all university units.
Develop and implement plans to ensure the quality of the educational process outcomes at the university.
Work to achieve the electronic quality management system at the level of administration and academic programs.
Supervising the achievement of academic accreditation for academic programs at the university nationally or internationally.
Supervising the university’s restructuring and development in order to achieve the university’s goals.
Supervising the preparation of studies and organizational and procedural manuals for the administrative and educational units at the university.
Develop programs to develop the capabilities and performance skills of faculty and staff members.
Supervising the development and preparation of strategic plans for the university and its units and following up their implementation.
Supervising the preparation of the university's annual and five-year plans and following up their implementation
Work to improve the mental image of the university and clarify its development trends inside and outside the Kingdom.
Studying the development plans for academic programs at the university in line with the needs of the labor market, competitiveness, development requirements and academic accreditation requirements.
Working to take advantage of various modern technologies in quality systems and follow them up in line with the nature and privacy of the university.
Collecting and documenting statistical data and information for the university's activities in accordance with international standards.
Preparing and submitting periodic proxy reports to the relevant authorities inside or outside the university.
Working on developing an automated server for the agency that accommodates the volume of information and statistics at the university.
Working on creating a system for exchanging data and information and its smooth flow.
Working to establish partnerships with development and quality units, centers and bodies locally, regionally and globally.
Providing consultations and studies in the field of development and quality for all university units and the local community.
General supervision of the university’s initiatives for national transformation 2020.
Supervising plans to improve classification and prestige at the university.
Providing advice and advice to university decision makers regarding classification and distinction.
